Back in 2011, Reg Bailey from the Mothers' Union took the lead in a government-led enquiry into the commercialisation and sexualisation of children. As a result, a report Letting Children be Children was published. There is now a single website, Parentport, where anyone can register their concern or make a complaint about content unsuitable for children. This concern will then be passed on to the appropriate regulator. Parentport also has links with Mumsnet and Netmums, and provides advice on lots of other useful issues such as keeping children safe online.
